Creator Code of Conduct

1. Overview

Creators represent Pin & Paper to their audiences. This code sets out what you must not do while participating in the Creator Program. It applies alongside the Creator Program Agreement and the Fraud & Abuse Policy.

2. Creators Must Not

  • Promote, encourage, or instruct cheating in golf competition of any kind.
  • Stage, fabricate, or misrepresent matches, results, or scores.
  • Manipulate — or promote the manipulation of — rankings, ratings, or standings.
  • Generate fake referrals, fake accounts, or fake subscriptions, or encourage others to do so.
  • Harass, threaten, or bully other players, creators, commissioners, or staff.
  • Post or link to illegal content, or use Pin & Paper to facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Take any action that damages the Pin & Paper brand, reputation, or community.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with Pin & Paper, the platform's features, or its pricing.
  • Misuse the Pin & Paper logo, name, or assets in violation of the Brand & Asset Guidelines.

3. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this code may result in one or more of the following, at Pin & Paper's discretion and depending on severity:

  • Suspension of your creator account and referral links.
  • Forfeiture of pending or unpaid commissions.
  • Permanent removal from the Creator Program.
  • Referral to the relevant authorities where conduct is unlawful.
