Billing begins only when you activate your league and open player registration. You can create your account, build your league, configure settings, and set up your season completely free. You never pay until you're ready to launch.
How does pricing work?
Pin & Paper uses flat one-time fees — no monthly billing. Commissioners pay $49.99 to activate a league. Players pay a $49.99 League Pass per league, or subscribe to the Premium Player Pass ($4.99/month) for unlimited league entry and premium features.
How long is a season?
You set your own season length — a few months or a full year, whatever your league runs. Pricing never depends on it: Pin & Paper charges flat one-time fees, not a monthly or per-season rate, so a longer season never costs more.
Can I add players mid-season?
Yes. You can add players at any point in the season. Each new player simply pays their one-time $49.99 League Pass when they join (or enters with a Premium Player Pass) — there's no proration and no change to your activation fee. Leagues that grow past 32 players move to custom pricing — just reach out and we'll set it up.
What happens at the end of the season?
Your season wraps with a final standings page and championship moment. Your league history is preserved permanently — every player can look back at past seasons at any time. Renewing for the next season takes one click.
How does payment collection work?
Pin & Paper tracks who has paid — it does not process player payments. Players pay you directly via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or any method you choose. Pin & Paper records each player's paid/unpaid status, sends payment reminders, and shows you outstanding balances at a glance. Think of it as your payment ledger, not a payment processor.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts and no recurring league billing. The commissioner's activation and each player's League Pass are one-time fees — once they're paid, that's it. When you launch a new season, activation is simply a one-time fee again. (Players who choose the Premium Player Pass subscribe monthly and can cancel anytime.)
